Did my enquiry reach the seller? When you send an enquiry, we email it to the agent or private seller. They can reply to you directly.
What is an Example listing? A made-up home that shows how a listing looks on Arvocado. It is not for sale. Saving works on real listings.
How do saved-search alerts work? When you are signed in and have opted in, we email you when new listings match a saved search. We also email when a saved listing changes its price, inspection time, photos or status.
How do I stop emails? Open your profile and set Alert channel to Muted.

How do I list? Choose Start my listing on Sell. Add the address, at least three photos, the price and an inspection time.
What does it cost? $99 inc. GST, paid once. Arvocado then publishes the listing.
How long does it stay live? A listing stays live for 90 days and renews free once.
Can I get a refund? If we hold your listing for review and you withdraw it before it goes live, we refund the $99 in full. No refund once the listing is live.
What else do I need? A Section 32 vendor statement, a contract of sale, and a conveyancer. Arvocado does not supply those.

How do agents join? Use Agent sign-up. Then:
1. We email you a setup link. It works for 30 days.
2. We check your licence number on the Consumer Affairs Victoria register.
3. Your profile goes live once the check is done.

What is the Marketplace? A directory of Victorian property professionals whose licence Arvocado has checked. No approved professionals are listed yet. Find a property professional.
Does an introduction cost anything? Arvocado does not charge for this introduction. You choose who you work with. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes.
Is the licence checked? Yes. Arvocado checks each licence on the public register before a profile goes live. Check current licence details with the named register before you engage a professional.
Are you a professional? Apply to be listed after Arvocado checks your licence or registration proof. Join Marketplace.

Download or delete it? Open What we hold on your profile. Download a copy or delete your account there.

Something wrong with a listing? Open the listing and choose Report an issue at the bottom of the page. You can also email us.
